Most people state the meaning of therapy to vent out your frustration and be heard – including my therapist.

I realised this off-late, when I wasn’t feeling energetic after therapy – because I was venting out.

My real nature is let go of the past, and have solutions.
Which is quite different from the listening nature of therapy.

So I decided to call off therapy sessions – mostly because of the reason that I have the biggest therapist God. I just need to tune in to him more often.
