Utilising the empty spaces

When I have a few minutes before a meeting, here is what I do, instead of checking my phone:

• Meditate
• Read a book
• Write my blog (like this)
• Brainstorm Twitter thread ideas
• Bless those who have been toxic, and bless them with happiness
