In a 2018 episode of Koffee with Karan, Alia Bhatt was envious of Deepika Padukone’s number of Instagram followers.
Apparently, Deepika had more followers than Alia back then, which is what the latter also wanted.
As of date, Alia has more followers than Deepika. Even though marginally more, she has gotten what she wanted almost 6 years back: more followers.
More followers doesn’t always mean more credibility, chances of success, happiness or more money. It just is what it is: more followers.
In life, things are no different. We find exactly what we are looking for.
