Don’t be sad by barbarian acts inflicted on others.
Rather:
- Send peace to the departed soul, if they have been on the receiving end of the act
- Send wisdom to the ones committing the act, so they don’t repeat it
- Send loving kindness to everyone in the world, so that the world becomes a purer place, at the level of vibrations.
I learnt these in my spiritual class at Brahma Kumaris, and have been of supreme help.
We have tried everything, and are still doing it. Let us raise our vibrations as well, which might help raise the vibrations of the world?
