Some lessons from the test-drive:
– Know exactly what is non-negotiable for you
– Know what you will be happy to do without
– Listen to others, but follow your intuition and decision-making. No one gets to live with your car other than you.
– The definition of a “car” is different for different people. Know your definition.
– Every single one of us has a responsible job. A company may be a billion dollar enterprise, for the customer that parts with their cash, the one salesperson is representative of the entire lot. Their behaviour directly affects the buyer’s decision. Which is why, being nice and empathetic never goes out of style.
