Nights like these

Last few days left here at the meditation centre.

Up until now, I have been taking part in sewa religiously. Every morning 9-12 and afternoons 4-6 is when we all go to our respective departments to offer our services. More on it later, in a detailed blog post.

However, for now, I want to talk about how I spend my nights here.

Every evening, we are done with our group meditation by 7.30 pm, post which we proceed for dinner. By 7.55 max, I am done with dinner and out into the complex, which is basically a long road with housing quarters for all of us to reside.

And there, I walk.

I walk listening to the slow music and vibing to them.
I sometimes stop and sit in the swings (the ones that are in homes) laid outside these quarters.
And I would look at the starts and think nothing, breathe, and just be.

It’s as meaningful as meaningless it sounds.
Because it is in the silence that our inner voice grows the loudest.

No, I do not have a pic nor do I intend to click one.

The best moments live only in memories.

Btw, I do this in my home back in Delhi as well as Kota. Which is what I wish more people did with the night sky – chill under it and just be. Today is a great time to start, if you haven’t already.
