Collections, travels and goals

“I love collecting all Levis jeans. Or all Apple watches. Or traditional outfits of every state.”

“I love visiting Goa twice every year. Mountains give me an adrenaline rush. I know myself better in my travels. “

“My goal is to get an XUV this year. I plan to buy a house in the next 3 years. I want to go for an international vacation with my parents this year.

A lot of us derive our identity, our happiness and our entire being from the things we own, places we go to, and the things we want to do.

Truth be told, very little is needed to truly keep you happy.

However, when we grow because everyone else is doing it, because we need to show a cool life on social media (LinkedIn included) or because we have unknowingly tied it to our identity, it is honestly growth in a negative direction.

If you have no answer when I ask you “What is something you can’t do without?” that is when you are truly growing.
