Is because
We choose to waste a lot of it.
As simple as this.
The most productive days when I have:
- Shipped everything I was supposed to ship
- Have gotten my workout done
- Have read and studied
- Went for a nature walk and got my steps for the day done
- Had a reflective meditation session
— are also the days I had a LOT to do.
Just that when you have a lot to do, you are so laser focused that anything else does not hold power to take your attention away and draw you towards wasting your time.
Do more. Even if it is not work, do more of “hobby” things you love instead of wasting things that make you lose.
The secret in having more time is having more to do.
