Tip for all writers

If you are a ghostwriter for a CXO, here is an unsolicited advice that would help you for your life:

Stop putting people into templates.

Everyone does not write the same. People think differently, talk differently, and hence, you cannot just copy one writing style for everyone.

It is sometimes heartbreaking to see a post coming from a 55-year-old CXO with the maturity of a 22-year-old, clearly indicating there is lack of research and empathy from the writer’s side.

Here is a smarter way: Listen to the person you are working with. Write like they talk. You are building the reputation of someone who has had a professional life for most of time you were alive.

Do not put people’s writing into templates. Because people are not templates too.
