I had an apple as a mid-meal today, and man, I overate. I was full by the time three-fourths of the apple was done, yet I gulped down the entire apple.
What wrong does a quarter of an apple does?
Nothing immediately (other than making me feel uneasy), but what if you ate 33% food more each time you ate something?
It would make you obese (obviously), would make you lose your sense of intuition which tells you when to stop (my intuition always tells me, just that this time I didn’t listen), and all of this would make you a dull and delusional human being too.
So, my loves, when you are done, throw away your quarter of the apple.
But please know that your stomach is not a dustbin to throw things into it just because someone told you “not to waste food”.
When you eat something that is about to go to waste even though you do not have space for it, you are legit making your stomach a dustbin, your health worse and your chances of lifestyle diseases more.
The world would never become a better place because of you overeating.
Let go of the food once you are done.
Or please wiser and cut half the apple for you before you can grab more if you need it. You would save the apple as well as yourself from being wasted.
