Mornings are for getting things done

Especially when you work from home like me, there are a thousand reasons to not get things done: too tired, already worked too much this week, I deserve a break, etc.

All of which are real.

But at least 5-6 days of the week, you get up in the morning, and the first thing (post your meditation, workout, etc.) is what you do is you do 2 batches of 2 hours of deep work.

When you push yourself to sit and do, even if you are sleepy or have any valid reason, you develop a body of work, focus and commitment that no one can take away from you.

But the things that no one can take away from you require the greatest discipline. The best thing is once you start, it is the most addictive habit ever.
