A bad day.

Set myself some goals for today.

Work goals, reading goals, phone-call goals, meditation goals.

Accomplished none of them fully. How much did I actually accomplish, doesn’t make sense because incompleteness is incompleteness.

Also I used social media for 1 hour! It was a big big wastage of time in the morning immediately after breakfast.

Lesson learnt: Own your morning ritual and the day falls into place.

Lesson I still need to learn: You get to decide. You control your day. If you focus, it’s possible in 25% of the time.

Lesson I must learn: No one loves you basis social media comments and likes. Sharing content is good just because you want to. Opening multiple tabs is equivalent to eating food without washing your hands – unwanted invitation.

Looking forward to telling you a success story tomorrow. Till then, keep rocking!

PS: I am strong, healthy and with my family. Life is fab. Utterly grateful. Will just raise it higher tomorrow:)

Where differences are possible…

It’s okay to have someone have different skill set.

It’s totally okay to have someone think differently.

However to have someone around you with different values is a stab on your own values.

Not going to help anyone, maybe going to rob you of your creativity, productivity and ultimately happiness.

To know more and better

We think we know everything.

Maybe we are right.

Until we are not.

The best way to challenge our assumptions is to start knowing more.

To know more means you don’t know everything. Which is a beautiful place to be.

What if we challenge our assumptions? Not our beliefs and values, rather our assumptions.

And the virtuous cycle continues!

Better

No one ranked better because they shouted more. Okay, in the short term, they did.

No one became great because they took away credit for someone else’s creativity.

Absolutely no one ever won because they were great at making others feel like losers.

The way to getting better, is to get better.

The way to rising higher, is to make others rise as well.

The way to eternal goodness, is the eternal goodness for all.

Greatness is embedded

Maybe someone in your locality is using 50% of his income to support the daily wage earners.

Maybe a friend of yours is doing great stuff freelancing however they are not posting Instagram stories about it.

Perhaps the boss who is having huge understanding, is someone who invests 30 minutes daily in reading great books.

We happen to see a ton of greatness on social media, news and from people who want to be seen as great.

Yet a far majority of great people are the ones who are too busy.

Their busyness does not allow them to post it.

Also, their inner fulfilment does not mean to show it off either.

That’s true greatness. Greatness with the purpose of knowing they did the right thing. Not with the purpose of letting others know about your greatness.

About growth

Four circles or three arrows in your car brand.

Centralised AC.

Chimney that doesn’t make any noise.

Success – we have measured it by metrics that world has taught us to.

Maybe it isn’t success. Maybe success is the way you really want.

There’s nothing wrong with material things, if you really want them.

If that’s not what really makes you happy, then we really need to live and grow by our own version of happiness.

Sit back and chill

Who here waits for the weekend to come and binge watch Netflix?

Who is waiting for money to come while you are visualising and doing nothing?

Who is getting jealous of their friends and waiting they fail?

Sit and talk with yourself.

Raise your energy levels, because someone with zero followers, if they copy an Influencer’s content, they are never going to get traction.

Traction and loyalty is earned. Earn it. Let people know who you are, one drop at a time.

It will happen when you mercilessly cut back time on what’s not important to you.

Time is going by. If you wait for the right time, maybe no tomorrow would occur.

Why so many fail?

Failure and feedback cannot exist together. It turns out, since a lot of people do not take the feedback they just received so they keep on failing.

You know what is the biggest failure? Failure to change approach. Being married to the same method of doing things. Thinking that people do not understand you.

So here’s a toast to success: to be changing and transforming until success becomes inevitable. To be so determined to having success that success feels ashamed if it does not arrive. To be the example in a world of excuses. To be the best in world at what you do.
