A lot of people go out there to bring the change they desire to make. They follow what others tell them, they do what someone else is doing, and they also do what would make their aunt happy.
All of this, to no use.
What really happens, is people are really trying to fit into the version of “perfect” that has been laid out by someone else.
Since it has been laid out by someone else, it may be perfect for someone else however not for their own path.
The real path is, the path which feels right to your heart. When you follow your heart, your head goes along and helps you immeasurably. When you leave your heart away in pursuit of someone else’s head, you end up losing your own head as well as theirs.
The real service, aka sewa in Hindi language, begins with self-service.
That is the key to selflessness.
