Sharing is the best thing that could ever have been invented. It makes someone else believe they matter, and makes the sender a giver.
We do want the recipient to benefit from it.
Well, the better question to ask is: have we implemented what we learnt?
If yes, sharing is definitely going to make an impact. If no, perhaps a step is missing between having knowledge and sharing it.
