Yes, you read that right.
You MUST make time to be busy.
Because I have been most productive on the days I have been the busiest.
On days there was nothing to do, I did not get even my rest/recreation/cleaning home done really well.
Too much forces your brain to make space for what’s most important.
Too much free time forces your brain to freeze, which is the least important thing it should ever do.
Busy creates bushes. Free creates frenzy.
