Someone asked this question on social media, and I thought of addressing it.
PS: The word “dominating” is imo incorrect. It makes you feel like a victim by default, which is not a healthy way to live. Even if you describe something bad about others, do it in an empowering way.
I’d rather frame a question like: How to handle disagreements with your clients.
It shows both the sides have an argument and it is totally valid to have a disagreement. It also puts neither of you on a pedestal, and gives normal way of operating to both.
A healthy way of starting to deal with “dominating” clients is to unconsciously take them in your stride by giving them the right wordings.
