I was having a difficult day since the morning.
One of those days when if you are not aware, all goes into negativity spiral.
I must confess, I could have avoided it by meditating right and meditating more.
But I still did have a bad day!
Also, today was one of those days I was about to step out for a meeting.
A meeting I had decided I would say no to the offer anyway.
A meeting that would have been good for a catch-up, but would have been great had I had the entire day free, not on a working day.
So, out of (useless) fear, I finally decided to cancel the meeting.
Here is how it turned out to be:
Nothing lost. Apparently the other person’s cold responses were also a heads up that I am glad I cancelled the meeting.
However, here is the most important reminder for you:
Say no, often.
Not to the things you don’t want to do anyway.
But for the things that might turn out to be good, and you are still saying no to them.
