Many many many many years ago, when I was a relationship (which was not a relationship) that was opposite of good, I used to fall ill often, “fail” often in life, and had more bouts of negativity than what I usually have.
Maybe I would be loved more when I am ill.
Maybe I would be loved more when I am in trouble.
Maybe I would be respected more when people see how I disrespect myself.
It is so subtle that no one knows they are being their biggest enemy, while creating their problems themselves.
The solution?
Love yourself so much, that when other people surround you, they see what self-love and self-respect is, not an empty hole.
It is not about taking yourself out to a restaurant, going for a spa or eating pizza for dinner. It is rather about cooking for yourself, exercising daily, and eating home-cooked authentic meals before sunset.
When you love yourself, everyone else who comes in your contact learns to love themselves.
