That one point in your life

We all have that one turning point in our lives that changed our lives forever.

Sometimes that lasts for a year, sometimes 5 years.

But something shifts within us fundamentally during that period.

Before that turning point, we would genuinely smile in pictures, knew people were there for us, were happy to be around people, and life was full of emotions—high and low.

After that turning point, we look fitter, our skin glows, we are wiser judges of people, but also, we mostly seek our own company, find it weird when most people are clicking selfies, and are absolutely fine when people choose to walk away.

Grief isn’t something that only happens when people die, sometimes it also happens when a part of us dies.

At the same time, the lessons are also something we needed the most.

It is all about accepting that life has its own flow. After a turning point, we realise “success” often means going with the flow. And enjoy the show. 😎
