When I moved out of my last job and went solo early last year, I was terrified.
Not about my potential, thankfully.
But about navigating it all alone.
When you are in a job and have a manager, they are also as a mentor. When you are stuck, they are there to bring you back.
However, over time of being solo, I figured I was a good mentor to myself.
I know my values really well.
I know what is something I will never do.
The best part? There is no one to prove to. Just you and your journey.
I am still curious. Always learning. Course-correcting.
But at the same time, I have developed this muscle of learning to lead myself.
It turns out, no matter what phase of life you are in, you will always find the tools to handle that phase too.
Trust yourself.
Nothing you have been handled is beyond what you can navigate.
You have everything you need.
