Working with women

The best part of my job:
Picking to work with ~50% of women, of my total clientele.

Women who go on to build good things do so because they play on their strength of empathy, instead of thinking of themselves as a victim.

Of course, I work with men too and every single one of them is phenomenal.

However, that does not take away from the fact that women are equally (and maybe more) phenomenal, because they come with their natural instincts of care.

We are already living in a world where people hate their managers more than they hate their jobs.
Empathy isn’t just a feather in a good performing team, it is a much needed-feature.

An important (and noteworthy) reason more orgs should hire women and also consider equivalent (to begin with) packages too.
