Arts thou rich, Caesar?

Richness in health is not *just* about having a perfect body/figure that you think is right.

  • Can you take the stairs (minimum 5-6 floors instead of the elevator)
  • Do you walk at the airport or take the escalator?
  • What time is your last meal, and how seriously do you take it?
  • Do you consider eating food a blessing or a thing to hate because it might make you “fat”?
  • Can you dance without getting tired or high?
  • Can you do your food and drinks without posting about them on social
  • Are you happy outside of your protein-carb-apple watch calculations, etc.?

What we see is just a part, what we feel is the whole.
