Here’s what I learnt:
- My hand is set with playing badminton since childhood. Pickle ball required using the same technique, but with lesser force. Unlearning what you know was step number one.
- But, you have to hit little hard enough in order for the ball to land in the right position in the opponent’s line.
- Because the level of overall activity required is less, the game is picking up momentum like none other. It keeps you active, you do not require extreme levels of fitness, and of course, people like matching up to hype. I’d rather play it consistently, too.
