What is the difference between you and me?

When you find something unusual in me, you poke me as if I murdered someone and need fixing.

When I find something unusual in you, I either accept you for who you are, love you for the good parts or most importantly, distance myself if I know this trait ain’t going to help.

That is exactly the difference between a moonlit sky z

Does not mean that we always sit quietly when we notice something unusual in others.

However, when we do notice something unusual in others, a question worth asking is “Does it bother me in the first place?”

Most likely, it doesn’t. In such cases the other person needs love more than a proclamation of change.

If it does bother you, asking someone to fix themselves rarely fixed them. They need love and acceptance again, so that they have the courage to change instead of the shame dragging them to change.
