One month subscription of Jio Hotstar

I do not get OTTs. Period. Even if they come free with my Airtel sim.

That said, I did get one-month subscription of Jio Hotstar (it’s already deactivated now).

Time and again, I watched Taylor Swift Eras tour movie. And man, what a woman she is.

The brilliance of execution.
The magnanimity of sets.
The unanimous focus on bringing so much joy to her viewers.
The dedication to perform 3 shows over three days, each lasting 3.5 hours.
The energy right from the first song to the last.
The preparation that goes into each of the songs.
The purposeful sequencing of songs and sets that (perhaps) take care of Taylor dancing to Taylor resting (read: standing mostly).
The fact that her team is so dedicated to delivering this experience to us.
The careful curation of dresses. Including her team.
The way her mics are so perfectly designed.
The proud smile on her face (that you very well know isn’t manufactured, but she is very happy being here).
The victory of going from purposefully slut shamed and misunderstood multiple times to doing all this for her fans.
The fact that she goes fast when it is time to change outfits to not keep her audience waiting.
How she dances like a happy teenager and expresser her sorrow like a heartbroken 22-year-old.
The fact that she does not take us for granted. Ever. Not even once.

It all makes me cry multiple times watching that movie.

We all get so much occupied in tasting our success that we forget that the reason to become successful is to serve your customers. Taylor knows that, and never forgets that a single moment of her touch point with her readers.

A secret recipe for all areas of your life.
