The wrong question and the right question

The wrong question: How can I make more money? By hook or by crook?

The right question: How can I best help the world? And become super richie rich in the process?

Money is not an evil goal, just to be clear.

But only money as a goal often deteriorates customer experience because you aren’t focused on it to begin with. And if something is out of focus, the result is often blurry.
