When people fumble in speaking English, I get it. English is not their first language. But they learnt along the way.
I actually respect that.
But if you fumble in speaking English in year 1 of speaking English, that is not your mistake. But if you fumble in speaking English in year 5, honey, I have a bad news for you.
Everyone learns languages from the scratch. Understanding them, learning to speak them, and developing proficiency in them if you are going to use them is your job.
Take your job seriously. Beginners look good as beginners. Amateurs look irresponsible as beginners.
