- Grab a glass of water. Preferably from matka in this summer. Sit down. Have it.
- Clean your space, if it isn’t already.
- Do what you know you must do, for at least 10 minutes. 10 minutes is fine, if not 2 hours.
- Decide what you will never do, going forward.
- Go for a walk. If it’s too hot outside, meditate for 15 minutes.
It’s the basics whose absence usually bothers you.
