When is the time to love?

This is a true story.

Once upon a time there was a little girl. Who then grew up into a big girl. Busy. Rich. Not happy because she was not following her heart. We talk a lot about following our heart in this blog. Today we will talk about something else.

So in her busyness, she once noticed that her grandfather had messaged her Mom a sad thing. About his cancer. Being the wonderful human she was, she immediately decided to call her grandfather up and say I love you.

With a small problem: she then just got busy.

Guess what? Some time down the line the grandfather messaged this little girl asking to pray for his health. Now that is called a realisation.

Sometimes the busy and redundant take over us so much that we forget the important and non-urgent. Yet the important conversations are the ones that make the biggest difference.

Where in your life are you delaying the important. Probably saying I love you to your parents. Probably telling that young sibling that they are not alone, at home you kill them and out of home you are their shield. Perhaps loving accepting the person in the mirror. You know in your heart what is it you are blocking yourself with.

Now is the time.
