There are times when the mood just does not give a thumbs up to go ahead and kill it.
On those days, persist more.
Everyone has certain trigger points when they forget their current mood and simply do what the trigger just forced them to do.
It may be getting angry in a state of phenomenal joy, or perhaps changing a habit at an instant on your birthday, Monday or the day after federal holiday.
Triggers govern us more than we could ever relate.
