  1. You do not get “fat” by eating rice. I have been eating rice all 3 decades of my life, and have an almost flat ab.
  2. Food is energy. Use the same recipe in a stressful kitchen and in a kitchen filled with good vibes of good, peaceful songs. Your mood will vary considerably after eating both.
  3. Be grateful for it. Eat less. And don’t talk while eating it. You’ll end up eating no more than half of what you usually do.
