- You do not get “fat” by eating rice. I have been eating rice all 3 decades of my life, and have an almost flat ab.
- Food is energy. Use the same recipe in a stressful kitchen and in a kitchen filled with good vibes of good, peaceful songs. Your mood will vary considerably after eating both.
- Be grateful for it. Eat less. And don’t talk while eating it. You’ll end up eating no more than half of what you usually do.
