What do you complain about the most?

Do you complain about lack of money?

Or not having a job?

Or your parents being ruthless?

Or maybe your boss having someone else as your favourite while you do the most work?

Or maybe people planning and plotting against you?

All of these are real issues. I know how painful they can be. I have gone through all of these and countless other such issues.

But what has always helped me (which veryyyyy few people practice) is stop complaining and start looking for a solution.

Complaining feels soo good tbh.
Helps people see someone else is the problem.
It maybe produces some chemical reaction in the brain that directs it “hey, you can continue your rest mode, someone else must take action.”

Should I break you the truth?

You are behaving exactly like the people you are complaining about.
They are not taking any action to make things better for you, and you are not taking any action to make things better for you.
So you both are on equal footing.

I don’t know about them, but it is certainly hurting you.

So, what’s the solution, then?

The solution is to know that you can change things if you want, and if you can’t change things, they don’t deserve your energy.

When something bad happens that forces you to complain, sit with yourself and vent out all that was bad. Maybe journal and give all things to God.

And then, my friend, please get in action.
Do the next smallest thing.
And then the next small thing.
And then the next one.

Get into the zone of using your power and see how much it grows.

Complaining, on the other hand, robs us of our power and tricks us into believing we don’t have any. Ain’t true.

We have all the power to change things, if we accept them first at where they are, instead of uprooting them. And when you adopt this as a mindset, you become a magnet for all the joy and alternative opportunities on the other side of complaining that you hadn’t thought about.

Quit complaining. TODAY.
