It’s okay to rest longer

On some days, when your productivity is on a slump for extended periods of time, it’s okay.

It’s okay to take longer to recover.
It’s okay to not surround yourself with people.
It’s okay to not get your previous productive persona immediately.

Take time to heal. Take time to meditate during the day instead of waiting for the morning and evening. Take time to just be.

You have been through worse. And moved from it.
