Groupism and kindness are mutually exclusive, not mutually exhaustive

It’s okay if you don’t want to be best friends with a colleague.

It’s understandable when you can’t understand someone else’s working style.

It’s acceptable to have an opposite nature from someone on your team.

It’s absolutely fine to draw your boundaries and respect yourself.

But nothing, absolutely nothing gives anyone the right to treat someone badly just because because they are “not cool”, not “like us” or “don’t fit our group.”

Groupism is sometimes inevitable. But kindness still remains a choice.
