Someone I know maintains so much distance with their colleagues and work partners that they hardly smile or share a happy moment with them. And, they are unhappy with their work.
Three of my clients are super easy and fun to work with, that I would love to take up more work from them, whenever they are ready. It is their vulnerability that makes me love them more, while maintaining my distance from them.
Having fun and laughing with people you work with does not mean you are allowing them to walk over you.
It simply means you are easy going, and do not take a hurt from someone else 13,481 years ago and believe everyone is hurting. They are not.
