I was up at 3.30 (which I am otherwise as well) this morning.
Except, I started writing the moment I woke up.
Upon going through the open docs in my folder, I saw a client going through the doc I had shared with them earlier this week.
For many days, I used to think they don’t go through the content, and their silence was a testament to content being approved. However, today I understood that they go through all the things I write for them.
Which is what we all should do.
Trust. But verify.

And trust. The flywheel continues.
Sometimes, a silent feedback is a very good feedback.
