LinkedIn is filled with posts on how a bad manager ruined their career.
And I agree. A bad manager does ruin a career, in some ways, at least.
However, no one talks about how having 1-2 toxic people in the team ruined a manager’s definition of managing a team.
It is an equivalent damage. Nothing more. Nothing less.
So, my friend, if you happen to be someone who is blessed with a good manager, it is your responsibility to lead your colleagues into not being the most difficult person to handle. Creating good environment is often a multidimensional game, that flows both ways.
