A good life

On days you have not been able to hit your to-do lists, or do your steps, or meditate for the time you wanted to, just sit back and do something. Fold your clothes. Make your bed. Something. It is very important to go to bed knowing you didn’t do nothing. And if you can’t do that, just write thank you in your notebook, for the health you have, and the mind that is functioning properly to know where you are and how much you can change or rejoice. Most people would die for what you have right here, right now.
