This morning I made kada prasad (atta halwa) for myself by looking up on YouTube. I usually follow Ranveer Brar recipes, because along with being such a spectacular chef, he is also fun and attached to his roots.
It turns out, the kada prasad turned out to be spectacular.

I have tried it out in the past too, but based on either suggestions of my Mom (who happens to be a great cook but not a great one at this) or just random suggestions of mine, but nothing turned out this good.
Lesson in point: Always learn from experts and you shall be well taken care of. There has been nothing I have made that has turned out to be so spectacular yet so easy, other than the recipes I have looked up on of wonderful chefs.
(PS: Oh no, I did not eat all of that in one go. I did not have the stomach to stomach it all. Some of it is still sitting in my fridge.)
