You always find what you are looking for

When I had first started meditating more than 12 years ago, I would look for best meditation commentaries online. Bam, I stumbled onto Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s 21-day meditation series, which was gold.

After a hectic stint at one of my jobs, I was looking for another job that paid better, had less working hours, and was close to my place. I got exactly something like that, in less than a month.

Few years later, I wanted to be someone who was the highest paid employee of the team. It again came true.

At another point, I was willing to pick up less projects as a writer. The inbound leads got less, despite me making no change in my strategy.

Few months later when I was ready to do more projects, leads started flowing in again. Despite no change in strategy again.

All of this may sound too good to be true, however, we always always get what we are looking for. The only problem is, staring at our computers on our desk and not sure where life would go, most people default to complains and how they are stuck. Guess what happens next?

When we need to change the outputs of our life, we need to change the inputs in our brain. It often begins with the conversations we have with ourselves.

No one is coming to save you. Might sound gloomy. Truth be told, nothing is more gratifying than this.
