The result you had been looking for, is right here and right now!!
We all wait for reading this kind of line.
A better question could be: How are our days and actions aligned with what we want?
Get in emotional action. Own your life, and inspire others to do the same.

Over the part of my gym regimen, my trainer and I didn’t give much importance to planks. We did achieve my goal with strength training and HIIT, though.
At the same time, another person in the gym who is not as lean as me, who is quite a bit away from their fitness goals, is able to do three planks of 53 seconds back-to-back. Because she practices them daily.
While I could barely keep still for 30 seconds.
Why are we discussing this?
Because practice matters. You will get results only in places where you have consistency in place.
And when you have been backed up by practice, you can easily achieve any (plank) goal that you know you will be proud of.
One of the reasons people don’t feel happy at the end of the day is because they left their important tasks undone.
Amidst jumping along from trivial tasks to responding to “important” messages, a lot of people feel unfulfilled at the end of the day.
How to tackle that feeling of feeling empty then, when you already know that is the first task you should do?
Make it simple in two steps:
1. Make it non-negotiable. Something you can’t live without. For me, for example, it’s meditating first thing in the morning. Make it as inevitable as breathing.
2. When you do it, get more addicted to the feeling – that is the very feeling that comes you alive.
Think over it, do you really want to live without that feeling?
Any decision that seems tough at the outset is not at all tough, though.
We just need to analyse what and how are we going to “feel” on choosing Option A over B.
What’s really tough, is taking out time to sit in solitude with yourself and work on mastering your mind.
When you start devoting that time to that daily, making tough decisions becomes the easiest thing to do.
The question, then, is to consider: “Am I willing to work upon myself to be able to ignore the lifetime regrets of taking wrong decisions?”
