When will I have my own?

When will I have my own business?

When will I get to a place of not worrying about money?

Will someone ever believe in me?

Some questions do not have immediate answers.

But whenever I am confused about long-term choices in life, here is something that always helps me:

  1. Sitting and meditating
  2. Going for a nature walk
  3. Reading powerful stuff
  4. Journalling
  5. Becoming absolutely quiet

This is not a step-by-step process, rather a buffet – you can pick whatever you like, as per your taste and preference. And that’s beautiful 🙂

Why I love this blog

This blog is something I do not popularise much about.
I write here religiously.
From the heart.
Without worrying about the algorithm.
And even what so called friends would say.

Here I come to write my heart.
What I am feeling today.
Maybe it is transient.
Like everything else is.

But, it writing what I am feeling in the moment, helps me heal.
Isn’t it the reason why we all are here?

To heal.

We may not accept it, but in order for a huge part of our life to glow, we have to go through the messy process of vacuum cleaning so that everything that emerges is flawless.

Anyway, if at all you must do something ever, it is to write your blog.
Not to grow your following.
Not to show any vanity.

Rather, to pour your heart out.
To write content that you wish no one read, other than you.

And you will come at a place, where you won’t regret it.
Trust me!

Let go

Let go of the need for validation.
Let go of the need to have the credit.
Let go of the illusion that you aren’t enough.
Let go of the fact that your childhood can’t change.
Let go of the fact that people will love you for your truth.
Let go of the people who don’t care for you as a human being.
Let go of the unprofessional people who want you to take care of 100% professionalism.

Let go, Nishtha. That is when you will truly be able to hold what is 100% yours – your positivity and power.

But no one understands me!

Maybe that’s true, that no one understands you.

Maybe even this is true, that this has been going on for long.

While this has been going on for long, why do you think it has been taking so long?

The answer lies in sitting back and reflecting. Maybe we need to sit back and start getting honest with the person in the mirror.

If you don’t know in which direction you’re walking, isn’t it going to be pretty impossible to reach your destination?

Right now, just right now, sit back and reflect on your life in the present, before moving on to the next distraction? If you have a minute for yourself…
